You are presumed guilty once the allegation has been made. You have to prove that you are innocent. The presumption of innocence” and “proof beyond a reasonable doubt” phrases are the legal requirement in court. The reality is that you are not presumed innocent. Rather, you are presumed guilty once the charge is made. The reality is that if you are unable to prove your innocence, you will be found guilty. You have to prove that the allegations against you are fabricated. You have to develop a theme to convince the jury as to a motive behind the false allegations.
